Greenbrier is an established neighborhood of homes and condominiums nestled in Mason, Ohio near the intersection of Tylersville and Snider Roads. The neighborhood includes 178 single family homes, with relatively uniform property lots which are maintained by the homeowner. The homes are segmented into three smaller groups: the Glens, the Timbers, and the Groves.
The area’s twelve streets and cul-de-sacs are maintained by the City of Mason, with weekly trash and recycling services provided by Rumpke. Duke Energy provides gas and electric, and Cincinnati Bell / Altafiber provides internet and phone services. Greater Cincinnati Water Works provides water services.
The single family homes portion of the community, and the neighborhood’s shared amenities (pool, clubhouse, etc.), are overseen by the Greenbrier Community Association, an HOA of volunteers from the neighborhood. Towne Properties is retained by the HOA to serve as the community manager. Residents pay dues (assessments) twice per year to maintain amenities.
