Shared Amenities
Greenbrier is full of high quality amenities for use by its residents and guests.
The Greenbrier Pool is a facility with a large swimming pool with both shallow and deep ends, and a gated shallow baby pool. The large pool deck contains furniture with lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and a pergola for shade. The pool is open annually from Memorial Day weekend until two weeks after Labor Day. Residents and their guests enjoy a safe and fun atmosphere soaking up some sun and cooling off in the pool!
The Greenbrier Clubhouse is a large and versatile common use indoor space, and is a great place for parties, meetings, or any social event. The soon to be renovated clubhouse has a small kitchenette, WIFI, TV, restrooms, and multipurpose furniture with extra chairs for accommodating guests. The clubhouse is available to rent by residents / homeowners only.
Safety is important in our community. Electronic key fobs provided by the HOA and community manager provide residents access to the Pool and Clubhouse areas. Security cameras monitor the shared amenities, and video can be provided to authorities if there are issues.
The Community is adorned with three lakes and fountains, surrounded by tree lined common grounds, which provide a beautiful setting for residents. Catch and release fishing is permitted for residents.
A multipurpose/walking path weaves throughout the neighborhood, and connects to the City of Mason’s larger network of multipurpose paths.
Monuments with signage and landscaped beds provide a stately entrance marker for the community’s areas.
A private Greenbrier Community Facebook page is used by residents to share fun and neighborly content.
The HOA organizes events for residents, including an annual summer pool party – with food trucks, music, games, and prizes!
